Event Photography Pricing

1 - Choose your Coverage

Conference photography is available in half-day or full-day packages. Each option includes professional coverage, with high-resolution images delivered digitally within 2 business days of your event.

  • Half-Day Coverage (up to 5 hours) – $2,000

Event Coverage includes one professional photographer.

 

  • Full-Day Coverage – $3,500

For coverage that exceeds what can be accomplishe by one photographer (ie: Simultaneous Events in separate locations), additional photographers are available on an hourly basis.

  • Captured Daily Image Highlights

    $500/day
    Keep your audience engaged in real time. Our team leverages advanced AI tools to cull and deliver the “best of the best” images up to three times per day. This gives your marketing team fresh, ready-to-post content that reflects the energy of the event as it happens.


    Live Gallery Hosting

    $900/day
    Deliver impact the instant it’s captured. With live gallery hosting, images are uploaded in real time, giving your team, attendees, and partners immediate access. This instant delivery drives engagement, extends your event’s reach, and fuels a powerful social media buzz.


    Social Media Content

    $1,000 half-day / $1,800 full-day
    Amplify your story across every platform. A dedicated content creator from our team will craft vertical videos for Instagram and TikTok, cinematic behind-the-scenes footage, and curated stills — all optimized for social media and delivered daily.

    • On-Site Editing Suite – Bring a polished look to your images instantly with same-day professional editing.

    • Video Highlight Reels – Short, branded video highlight reels during the event to share across your social platforms.

    • Branded Photo Stations – Custom backdrops or sponsor-branded photo ops for attendees, creating shareable moments that double as marketing assets.
